Icelandic electronic music trio Stereo Hypnosis and British experimental musician and avantgarde composer Christopher Chaplin
have played a number of concerts together in recent years. During that
time, the idea of recording an album based on these live electronic
improvisations began to emerge. In the summer of 2018 a fully equipped
recording studio was set up in the town of Hvammstangi in northern
Iceland, where the album »Bjarmi« was recorded live.
DRAMAS are an electro-/art pop duo, formed in 2016 by Viktoria Winter and Mario Wienerroither - driven by rather unconventional chord
progressions and structures, sparse and subtle synthesis of organic
sounds, a blend of soft yet powerful synths, crisp percussions and

Banff Centre (Canada) she released her highly acclaimed albums "End of absence" (2016) and FLOOD (2018), which is based on a monumental quadraphonic work.
Following the release of his powerful solo debut "Je suis le Ténébreux" London-based musician and avantgarde composer Christopher James Chaplin released his epic second album "Paradise Lost" in Summer 2018 – featuring the American poet and musician Leslie Winer and British tenor Nathan Vale. As a part of the techno movement of the 90s, the
multi-instrumentalist and electronic music producer Peter Zirbs has
released recordings under numerous pseudonyms, produced and remixed various artists, and
scored a range of experimental films. Following a remix
for British composer Christopher Chaplin Peter Zirbs released his monumental solo album debut »What if we don't exist?« in October 2018.
