Each
song is carved straight from the light or dark side of hope and
experience, with the lyrical intrigue supported beautifully by the
band s big, thundering multi-instrumental sound and compelling rhythms.
The band s musical influences permeate throughout, with echoes of Bob
Dylan, Simon & Garfunkel, Radiohead and Suede. In the age of the disposable digital download, Wolventrix have defied the trend with Ours Till Dawn and produced a real album, a traditional LP, but one where each of the eleven tracks retains its own identity. Sham White Wedding marks a rare expedition for Wolventrix into the world of quirky indie pop - the kind of song that Neil Hannon might choose for his first dance, with a super-catchy brass-led chorus which will have them dancing down the aisle.

PING PING | On The Run | November 2010

project to indulge their mutual love for sweet melodies, electro-sounds and

KAVA & ROEDELIUS | The Gugging Album | September 2008
 | | The Gugging Album by Kava & electronic music legend Hans-Joachim Roedelius has been inspired by the atmosphere of paintings and graphics by various Art Brut Gugging artists like Tschirtner, Walla or Limberger. The album is exclusively available in Art Brut Centre Gugging June and has been regularly released in summer of 2008.
The house of artists is a small building on top of a hill next to the Wienerwald (Vienna Woods), approximately 12 miles North of Vienna. Since 1981 it has been housing the Gugging Artists, people who have gained a worldwide reputation due to the high quality of their drawings, paintings, writings and objects. They count among the most important representatives in the artistic field of Art Brut. Presently the House gives home to 11 residents, 8 of which are artistically active.
